Currently, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/for-market-participants\/services\/help-desk\/#page-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the list<\/a> of such services includes more than 80 items, which are provided free of charge or for a fee.<\/p>\n<p>Among the <strong>free services<\/strong>, you can find approval of a plan of measures to improve one&#8217;s financial condition, issuance of a duplicate certificate (temporary certificate) of registration of securities issuance (except for JII securities), replacement of a certificate of registration of issuance of issue-grade securities (except for JII securities), etc.<\/p>\n<p>In their turn, paid services provided the largest amount of revenue to the budget, namely over UAH 19.2 million in the first half of the year:<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf registration of the issue of JII securities, carried out for the purpose of joint investment, the prospectus for the issue of securities, and the issuance of a certificate of registration of the issue of JII securities \u2014 <strong>UAH 9.4 million;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u25cf registration of amendments to the prospectus for the issue of JII securities (if the amendments to the prospectus for the issue of JII securities are related to the subsequent issue of JII securities) \u2014 <strong>UAH 2.2 million;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u25cf registration of a securities issue with the issuance of a certificate (temporary certificate) of registration of the securities issue (except for domestic local bonds, shares of a corporate investment fund issued for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital) \u2014 <strong>UAH 1.9 million;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u25cf registration of amendments to the JII rules of procedure \u2014 <strong>UAH 1.4 million;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u25cf registration of amendments to the securities prospectus (except where amendments to the JII securities prospectus relate exclusively to the second and each subsequent issue of JII securities and\/or relate exclusively to amendments to the text of the JII regulations) \u2014 <strong>UAH 1.4 million;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u25cf other services \u2014 <strong>UAH 2.9 million.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As regards the Commission, it always strives to better understand market needs and optimizes its work to ensure effective interaction with professional participants.<\/p>\n<p>In order to ensure transparent and accessible conditions for obtaining administrative services by the applicants, information on the requirements and procedure for providing administrative services, including the documents required to obtain each service and the requirements for their execution, established in accordance with the regulatory acts of the NSSMC, is posted on the official website of the Commission.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What administrative services does the Commission provide to market participants?
