Within the scope of regulatory activities:
\n\u2022 approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amendments to the Decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission dated June 13, 2025, No. 09\/21\/2426\/K03\u201d;
\n\u2022 approved the draft Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolutions \u201cOn Amendments to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 943 dated October 9, 2020\u201d and \u201cOn Amendments to Clause 18 of the Procedure for Developing and Approving a Security Passport for a Critical Infrastructure Facility\u201d;
\n\u2022 approved an analytical report on the work of the Commission and the state of capital markets and organized commodity markets in Q2 2025.<\/p>\n
The appointment of the following professional participants was approved:
\n\u2022 compliance manager, acting chief executive officer, member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of IK BUSINESS-INVEST JSC.<\/p>\n
Within the scope of supervision:
\n\u2022 an amendment was made to the list of assets belonging to clients\/depositors of FRIDOM FINANCE UKRAINE LLC, against which a sanction in the form of \u201casset freezing\u201d was applied.
\n\u2022 approved the intention to increase significant participation in the professional participant of capital markets Pidryiemstvo Rosan \u2013 Tsinni Papery LLC.<\/p>\n
The following decisions were made regarding registration issues:
\n\u2022 approved adn amendment to the Articles of Association of \u201cPerspektiva Stock Exchange\u201d PrJSC.
\n\u2022 registered a report on the results of the issue of corporate bonds of Series J of TAS-LOGISTIC LLC (without a public offering);
\n\u2022 registered the issue of shares for joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares of ZNVKIF VEGAS JSC;
\n\u2022 approved the implementation and realization of a pilot project for the liquidation of PIFN INZUR SUPERMARKET, PIF INZUR OCEAN, PIFN 1001, PIFN 2001, PIF Inzhur Zhitnyi, created by INZHUR LLC, by transferring the property, rights, and obligations of these funds to ZNPIF INZHUR REIT, set up by this company.<\/p>\n
