Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
\n\u2013 made amendments to the procedures approved by the NSSMC Resolutions No. 275 dated May 13, 2021, and No. 982 dated October 21, 2021;
\n\u2013 approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amendments to the Procedure for Maintaining the Accounting System of Shares of Limited Liability Companies and Additional Liability Companies\u201d.<\/p>\n
Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission:
\n\u2013 made an amendment to the register of professional participants in capital markets and organized commodity markets regarding the provision of additional services by AB RADABANK JSC;
\n\u2013 approved the prospectus and the issue of registered corporate bonds of Series E1 and F1 of ULF-FINANCE LLC;
\n\u2013 registered the issue of shares and the prospectus for the issue of these shares by ZNVKIF NIKS JSC and ZNVKIF MEGA FIN CAPITAL JSC;
\n\u2013 approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares by ZNVKIF ENTERPRISE JSC;
\n\u2013 registered amendments to the prospectus for the issue of shares, regulations, registration of the issue of shares, and replacement of the certificate of ZNVKIF NIAMEY JSC;
\n\u2013 cancelled the registration of the issue (issues), prospectus (prospectuses) for the issue of investment certificates and the cancellation of the certificate of ZNVIF Yukon of KUA BUSINESS-GARANT LLC;
\n\u2013 terminated the license for professional activities in securities trading of INVINTUM LLC.<\/p>\n
Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:
\n\u2013 approved the intention to acquire a significant stake in the professional participant of capital markets MANAGING ADMINISTRATOR OF PENSION FUNDS PARITET LLC;
\n\u2013 approved the intention to acquire a significant stake in the professional participant in capital markets KINTO, Ltd LLC.
\nApproved the appointment of the following officials of professional participants:
\n\u2013 the Director of INVINTUM LLC;
\n\u2013 the Chairman, a member of the Supervisory Board, and the Chief Accountant of CONCORD CAPITAL LLC.<\/p>\n
