Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
\n\u2013 approved the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Approval of the Draft Letter from the Government of Ukraine to the OECD Regarding the Request to Adhere to the OECD Council Recommendation on Guiding Principles for Investment Policy of Recipient Countries in the Context of National Security\u201d;
\n\u2013 approved the Amendments to the NSSMC Rulemaking Plan for 2025;
\n\u2013 approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Approval of the Regulations on the Ownership Structure of Legal Entities, the Procedure and Conditions for Obtaining NSSMC Approval for Significant Participation in Professional Participants in Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets\u201d;
\n\u2013 approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Approval of Amendments to the Requirements for the Synchronization of Date and Time Recording Systems\u201d;
\n\u2013 approved the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Regarding Critical Infrastructure Facilities\u201d;
\n\u2013 approved the draft Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to the Composition of the Interagency Working Group on the Implementation of Amendments to Legislation in the Field of Preventing and Combating Money Laundering (laundering) of proceeds from crime, financing of terrorism and financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction with a view to Ukraine’s accession to the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA)\u201d.<\/p>\n
Regarding registration issues, the Commission:
\n\u2013 registered the issue of shares and the prospectus for these shares of ZNVKIF ASMERA JSC and ZNVKIF STORI BOX JSC;
\n\u2013 registered changes to the prospectus for the issue of shares, regulations, registration of the issue of shares, and replacement of the certificate of ZNVKIF QUANTUM INVESTMENTS JSC and ZNVKIF KROKSLI JSC.<\/p>\n
