Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
\n\u2013 approved the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn the Commission for the Appointment of a Manager of Complex Assets\u201d;
\n\u2013 approved the draft Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Changes to the Composition of the Interdepartmental Working Group on Coordination of Negotiations with the International Monetary Fund\u201d;
\n\u2013 made amendments to the NSSMC Resolution No. 1305 dated 30 December 2021;
\n\u2013 approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amendments to the NSSMC Resolution No. 09\/21\/2426\/K03 dated 13 June 2025\u201d;
\n\u2013 approved the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding Digitalization and Improvement of the Enforcement of Court Decisions.\u201d<\/p>\n
Regarding registration issues, the Commission:
\n\u2013 approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares for the formation of the initial authorized capital of ZNVKIF GRIF CAPITAL JSC and ZNVKIF GIGABYTE INVESTMENT JSC;
\n\u2013 registered changes to the prospectus, regulations, registration of the issue of shares, and replacement of the certificate of registration of the issue of shares of KIF ZNVKIF AKULA PJSC;
\n\u2013 registered the issue of shares for joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares of ZNVKIF KAIROKS JSC, ZNVKIF ARLIT JSC, ZNVKIF SOMERSET JSC and ZNVKIF FUJI JSC;
\n\u2013 registered the prospectus for the issue and release of investment certificates of ZPVNIF Solar Invest of KUA TASK-INVEST LLC;
\n\u2013 approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares for the formation of the initial authorized capital of ZNVKIF RESONANCE LINE JSC and ZNVKIF ASKANTA JSC;
\n\u2013 replaced the certificates of registration of the issue of registered corporate bonds of Series Q, R, S, T of SHATOINVEST LLC because of the cancellation of some of the repurchased bonds.<\/p>\n
