Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
\n\u2013 made changes to the Regulations on the procedure for issuing shares, registering and deregistering share issues;
\n\u2013 approved the Amendments to certain NSSMC regulatory legal acts on the procedure for submitting financial statements;
\n\u2013 approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to Clause 1 of the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Protection of Interests of Entities Submitting Reports and Other Documents during Martial Law or War\u201d (reg. No. 13671 dated 21 August 2025);
\n\u2013 approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Improvement of the Procedure for Conducting Special Inspections\u201d (reg. No. 13632 dated 15 August 2025).<\/p>\n
Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:
\n\u2013 informed investors about dubious investment projects \u201cMykhailo Rudkovsky’s Trading School,\u201d \u201cTFH\/Topfin,\u201d and \u201cTrade Bino.\u201d<\/p>\n
Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission:
\n\u2013 terminated the license for professional activities on capital markets of Komeks Tsinni Papery LLC;
\n\u2013 approved the Amendments to the Decision on the issue of registered corporate bonds of Series V of SHATO-INVEST LLC;
\n\u2013 registered the issue of shares of EVROPEYSKE TURISTYCHNE STRAKHUVANNYA PrJSC;
\n\u2013 registered the issue of shares of SK KRAINA JSC;
\n\u2013 registered the issue of shares and the prospectus for the issue of these shares of ZNVKIF TIPAFREYA JSC, ZNVKIF ACTIVE GROWTH CAPITAL UKRAINE JSC, ZNVKIF AUROS FINANCE JSC and ZNVKIF INVEST PROSTIR JSC;
\n\u2013 approved draft statutes and the registration of share issues of ZNVKIF TIFON JSC, ZNVKIF KALION JSC and ZNVKIF GEFEST UA JSC.<\/p>\n
