{"id":1181782,"date":"2025-09-22T13:36:42","date_gmt":"2025-09-22T10:36:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/?p=1181782"},"modified":"2025-09-22T16:43:45","modified_gmt":"2025-09-22T13:43:45","slug":"komisiia-dopovnyla-spysok-scam-proiektiv","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/komisiia-dopovnyla-spysok-scam-proiektiv\/","title":{"rendered":"Commission updated its list of SCAM projects"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The NSSMC works daily to protect investors and regularly informs the public about financial projects that have the potential to be risky.<\/p>\n<p>By Commission\u2019s Regulation, the following entities were added to the list of dubious investment projects:<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf <a href=\"https:\/\/rudkovskytrading.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mikhail Rudkovsky&#8217;s Trading School<\/a>;<br \/>\n\u25cf <a href=\"https:\/\/topfinhold.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TFH\/Topfin<\/a>;<br \/>\n\u25cf <a href=\"https:\/\/tradebino.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trade Bino<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, the list contains 447 projects that show signs of fraud or violations of the law. It can be accessed on the Commission\u2019s official website in the section \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/activity\/insha-diialnist\/zakhyst-investoriv\/#tab-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Protection of investor rights<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>We would like to remind you that dubious investment projects include activities that show signs of fraudulent fundraising: no licenses, no transparency regarding the organizers and documentary evidence, no proper control, aggressive advertising, promises of super profits, and concealment of risks.
