Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
\n\u2013 made amendments to the NSSMC Resolutions dated 06 March 2025 No. 28\/21\/1933\/K03 and 04 August 2022 No. 1053;
\n\u2013 approved the Amendments to the NSSMC Rulemaking Plan for 2025;
\n\u2013 approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn the Timber Market\u201d (reg. No. 13227-d dated 10 September 2025).<\/p>\n
Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:
\n\u2013 banned making changes to the depository accounting system and performing and\/or executing transactions involving securities<\/p>\n
Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission:
\n\u2013 registered a report on the results of the issuance of securities (shares) by MANDARIN PLAZA PLUS PrJSC;
\n\u2013 registered a report on the results of the issue of shares without a public offering by VINNYTSKE OVLASNE PIDPRYIEMSTVO AVTOBUSNYKH STANTSIY 10599 PrJSC;
\n\u2013 approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares for the formation of the initial authorized capital of ZNVKIF MOLVINETS JSC;
\n\u2013 registered the issue of shares for joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares of ZNVKIF FINVEST JSC, ZNVKIF HOTEY JSC and ZNVKIF IMPULS JSC;
\n\u2013 canceled registration of the issue of shares and revoked a temporary certificate of registration of the issue of shares was revoked for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital of ZNVKIF DG INVEST JSC;
\n\u2013 declined to approve the appointment of the person nominated for the position of the director of FK ZHYTLO-CAPITAL LLC.<\/p>\n
