{"id":1181833,"date":"2025-09-30T15:25:09","date_gmt":"2025-09-30T12:25:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/?p=1181833"},"modified":"2025-10-02T14:57:50","modified_gmt":"2025-10-02T11:57:50","slug":"kliuchovi-rishennia-nktspfr-vid-30-09-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/kliuchovi-rishennia-nktspfr-vid-30-09-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Key NSSMC decisions dated 30 Sept 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:<br \/>\n\u2013 decided on the approval and enforcement of the Amendments to the NSSMC Rulemaking Plan for 2025;<br \/>\n\u2013 decided on the approval of the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Approval of the Regulations on the Procedure for Issuing and Circulating Real Estate Fund Certificates\u201d;<br \/>\n\u2013 decided on amending the appendix to the NSSMC Resolution dated 24 March 2022 No. 198;<br \/>\n\u2013 decided on the approval of the Commission reference note regarding the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding Simplification of Enforcement Proceedings through Digitalization\u201d (reg.
