Two key dates for submitting financial statements:<\/p>\n
\u25cf 05 October 2025<\/strong> \u25cf 31 October 2025<\/strong> By this date, market participants are required to submit the following data via the Financial Reporting Collection Center (FRCC) in XBRL format: Why this is important<\/strong><\/p>\n The XBRL format introduces uniform standards for financial information and provides government agencies with quick access to data. Timely reporting is an obligation of regulated companies and an important condition for market transparency.<\/p>\n We would like to add that, until recently, the Law on Reporting during Martial Law allowed deferrals for individuals, sole proprietors, and legal entities. However, for capital market participants and professional participants in commodity markets, the obligation to prepare financial statements had remained in force.<\/p>\n Therefore, the Commission emphasizes that there is still time, but the preparation of the documents is better to be started already now. \nThis is the date by which all entities must submit financial statements that were not submitted during martial law, in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn the Protection of the Interests of Entities Submitting Reports and Other Documents during Martial Law or a State of War.\u201d This deadline is a requirement of the law, and the Commission ensures the technical capability to fulfill this requirement.<\/p>\n
\nHowever, for its supervised entities, the NSSMC establishes the procedure, deadlines, and form for submitting reporting data (which includes information on the submission of financial statements in XBRL format to the financial reporting collection center). These include:
\n\u2013 securities issuers,
\n\u2013 professional participants in capital markets,
\n\u2013 professional participants in organized commodity markets.<\/p>\n
\n\u2013 annual and interim financial statements for the entire period of their non-submission.<\/p>\n
