Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
\n\u2013 made amendments to the Procedure for maintaining the accounting system of limited liability companies and additional liability companies;
\n\u2013 approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amendments to the Regulations on the Procedure for Compiling, Submitting, and Publishing Reporting Data by Commodity Exchanges\u201d;
\n\u2013 approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn the Basic Principles of State Supervision (Control)\u201d (reg. No. 14030 dated 11 September 2025).<\/p>\n
Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:
\n\u2013 informed investors about dubious investment projects Exo Capitals, and Exo Capitals and Stakhova invest;
\n\u2013 approved the intention to acquire a significant stake in the professional capital market participant KUA TA APF AKTIV PLUS LLC;
\n\u2013 decided that FK DALIZ-FINANCE complies with the criteria specified in Resolution No. 76 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 27 January 2023.<\/p>\n
The appointment of the following officers of professional participants was approved:
\n\u2013 the Chairman and a member of the Supervisory Board of NOVAVEST LLC;
\n\u2013 a member of the Management Board and a Risk Administrator (Risk Manager) of Rozrakhunkovyi Tsentr PJSC;
\n\u2013 the Chairman of the Management Board \u2013 President of KINTO PrJSC.<\/p>\n
Regarding registration issues, the Commission:
\n\u2013 registered a report on the results of the issue of registered corporate bonds of Series A of FK LIBERTY FINANCE LLC;
\n\u2013 approved appendices to the prospectus of corporate bonds of Series L, D, E, J, B of NovaPay Credit LLC;
\n\u2013 registered changes to the prospectus for the issue of shares, registration of the issue of shares, and replacement of the certificate of registration of the issue of shares of KIF ZNVKIF AVRORA JSC;
\n\u2013 registered the issue of shares for joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares of ZNVKIF VELAMI GROUP JSC, ZNVKIF SENSAR FINANCE JSC, and ZNVKIF KVANT JSC;
\n\u2013 approved the draft statutes and registration of share issues for the formation of the initial authorized capital of ZNVKIF DILS JSC and ZNVKIF POLYARIS JSC.<\/p>\n
