Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
\n\u2013 made amendments to the NSSMC Resolution No. 1336 dated 30 July 2013;
\n\u2013 made amendments to the NSSMC Rulemaking Plan for 2025;
\n\u2013 approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Auditing of Financial Statements and Auditing Activities\u201d and Certain Laws of Ukraine on Improving Legislation in Auditing Activities\u201d (reg. No. 14016 dated 05 September 2025);
\n\u2013 registered amendments to the Rules for conducting clearing activities of Ukrayinska Resursna Birzha LLC.<\/p>\n
Regarding registration issues, the Commission:
\n\u2013 registered a report on the results of the share issue of STRAKHOVA KOMPANIYA KRAINA JSC;
\n\u2013 registered changes to the prospectus for the issue of shares, registration of the issue of shares, and replacement of the certificate of registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF ENLIV JSC;
\n\u2013 cancelled the registration of the issue (issues), prospectus (prospectuses) for the issue of investment certificates and a certificate of registration of the issue of investment certificates of PZNVIF Vector of KUA GARANTIA \u2013 INVEST LLC;
\n\u2013 cancelled the registration of the issue (issues) and prospectus (prospectuses) for the issuance of investment certificates, and a certificate of registration of the issue of investment certificates of PZNVIF Monolit of KUA GARANTIA \u2013 INVEST LLC.<\/p>\n
The appointment of the following officials at professional particiapants was approved:
\n\u2013 the Director of KUA ALTERES CAPITAL LLC.<\/p>\n
