Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
\n\u2013 approved the Amendments to the NSSMC Rulemaking Plan for 2025;
\n\u2013 approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amendments to the Decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission No. 1056 dated 04 August 2022\u201d;
\n\u2013 approved the draft NBU Board Resolution \u201cOn Approval of Amendments to the Regulations on the Conduct of Depository and Clearing Activities and Ensuring the Settlement of Securities Transactions by the National Bank of Ukraine\u201d;
\n\u2013 approved the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Provision of Cloud Services and Data Center Services\u201d;
\n\u2013 approved the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Digital Accessibility of Information and Communication Systems, Online Resources, and Electronic Services\u201d;
\n\u2013 amended the NSSMC Resolutions dated 22 March 2024 No. 334 and No. 335;
\n\u2013 made amendments to the NSSMC Resolutions No. 1098 and No. 1099 dated 11 November 2021, and No. 1059 and No. 1060 dated 25 September 2023;
\n\u2013 approved the Regulation on the status of implementation of the NSSMC Rulemaking Plan in Q3 2025.<\/p>\n
On registration issues, the Commission:
\n\u2013 registered the issue of registered corporate bonds of Series D of FASTFINANCE LLC (without a public offering);
\n\u2013 registered a report on the results of the issue of registered corporate bonds of Series L of NovaPay Credit LLC, the issue of which is carried out through a public offering;
\n\u2013 registered a report on the results of the issue of shares of UNEX BANK JSC;
\n\u2013 registered the issue of shares for joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares by ZNVKIF SIMVEST JSC;
\n\u2013 registered the issue prospectus and the issuance of investment certificates of ZNVKIF RENESANS of KUA PATRIOT LLC;
\n\u2013 approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital of ZNVKIF HETERS JSC and ZNVKIF VELES JSC.<\/p>\n
The appointment of the following officials at the professional participants was approved:
\n\u2013 a member of the Supervisory Board of KONKORD CAPITAL LLC;
\n\u2013 the person responsible for financial monitoring of Rozrakhunkovyi Tsentr PJSC;
\n\u2013 the chief accountant of KUA EL.DI. ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC;
\n\u2013 the chief accountant of KUA EYVI INVESTMENT LLC.<\/p>\n
