Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
\n\u2022 approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amendments to the NSSMC Resolution No. 1067 dated 05 August 2022\u201d;
\n\u2022 approved the draft Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Proposals for the Application of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions)\u201d;
\n\u2022 made amendments to the Scope of Competence of the NSSMC Committees.<\/p>\n
Regarding the appointment of officials at professional market participants, the Commission:
\n\u2022 approved two members of the Board of Directors of Profi-T Tsinni Papery LLC;
\n\u2022 approved the person responsible for financial monitoring at Ivex Capital PrJSC;
\n\u2022 approved the Chief Accountant and a person responsible for financial monitoring at K2 Invest LLC;
\n\u2022 declined to approve a member of the Supervisory Board responsible for performing the functions of a Risk Manager at IK Business-Invest LLC.<\/p>\n
Regarding registration issues, the Commission:
\n\u2022 terminated licenses for professional activities in capital markets of On-Line Capital LLC;
\n\u2022 registered a report on the results of the share issue by Fond Dekarbonizatsii Ukraiiny JSC;
\n\u2022approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF Brave JSC and ZNVKIF Pinnacle Ferro Capital JSC for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital.<\/p>\n
Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:
\n\u2022 made changes to the list of assets, including cash, belonging to clients\/depositors of Freedom Finance Ukraine LLC, to which the sanction of \u201casset freezing\u201d is applied.<\/p>\n
