Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
\n\u2013 made amendments to the Regulations on the procedure for compiling, submitting, and publishing reporting data by commodity exchanges;
\n\u2013 approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amendments to the Resolution of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission No. 555 of 22 July 2021\u201d;
\n\u2013 made amendments to the National Strategy for Financial Literacy Development until 2030;
\n\u2013 approved the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 613 dated 08 September 2016\u201d.<\/p>\n
Regarding registration issues, the Commission:
\n\u2013 registered the issue of shares of NAUKOVOVYROBNYCHE PIDPRYIEMSTVO SATURN PrJSC;
\n\u2013 registered the issue of shares for joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares by ZNVKIF OKTAVA JSC and ZNVKIF LAND PRO CAPITAL JSC;
\n\u2013 registered the prospectus for the issue and issuance of investment certificates of PNZIF OTP DIVIDENDNY of KUA OTP CAPITAL LLC;
\n\u2013 approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital of ZNVKIF KMDSH INVEST JSC.<\/p>\n
Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:
\n\u2013 approved the acquisition of an indirect significant stake in professional capital market participant Management Treasure Trading Limited LLC.<\/p>\n
Regarding the appointment of officials at professional market participants, the Commission:
\n\u2013 approved the internal auditor at INZHUR LLC;
\n\u2013 approved the internal auditor at INVESTYTSIYNI PARTNERY LLC.<\/p>\n
