Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
\n\u2013 made amendments to the NSSMC Rulemaking Plan for 2025, and approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amendments to the Regulations on Disclosure of Information by Securities Issuers and Persons Providing Collateral for Such Securities\u201d.<\/p>\n
On registration and licensing issues, the Commission:
\n\u2013 approved Appendix No. 5 to the base prospectus of corporate bonds of Finansova Kompaniya Aktivitis LLC;
\n\u2013 registered the issue of registered corporate bonds of Series A of GAMA UPGRADE LLC;
\n\u2013 registered the issue of registered corporate bonds Series D of KARD SERVICE LLC;
\n\u2013 approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital of ZNVKIF TOWER INVEST JSC;
\n\u2013 registered the issue of shares for joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares by ZNVKIF VOKS JSC and ZNVKIF VMK-CAPITAL JSC;
\n\u2013 canceled the registration of the issue of shares and revoked a temporary certificate of registration of the issue of shares for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital of ZNVKIF Inteko Capital JSC;
\n\u2013 terminated a license for professional activities on capital markets \u2013 asset management activities for financing construction projects and\/or real estate transactions of LLC FK STOLYTSIA.<\/p>\n
Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:
\n\u2013 made amendments to NSSMC Resolutions No. 1059 and No. 1060 dated 25 September 2023;
\n\u2013 prohibited to make changes to the depositary accounting system and to perform and\/or execute transactions involving securities of Galanteria PJSC.<\/p>\n
Regarding the appointment of officials at professional market participants, the Commission approved:
\n\u2013 the Director of FK SYSTEMINVEST LLC;
\n\u2013 the CEO and the person responsible for financial monitoring at FK ZLAT GRAD-INVEST LLC.<\/p>\n
