Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
\n\u2022 made amendments to the NSSMC Resolution No. 1056 dated 04 August 2022;
\n\u2022 made amendments to the NSSMC Rulemaking Plan for 2025;
\n\u2022 approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Approval of the Procedure for Disclosure of Information on Transactions of Managers\u201d;
\n\u2022 approved the draft Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Approval of the Draft Letter from the Government of Ukraine to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development Regarding a Request to Accede to the Recommendation of the Council of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development on Guiding Principles in Anti-corruption and Integrity in Public Sector Enterprises\u201d;
\n\u2022 approved the draft Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Proposals for the Application of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions) in Accordance with the Decisions of the Council of the European Union\u201d;
\n\u2022 made updates to the list of assets, including cash, belonging to the clients\/depositors of FREEDOM FINANCE UKRAINE LLC, to which a sanction in the form of \u201casset freeze\u201d was applied;
\n\u2022 approved the draft Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine \u201cOn Approval of Amendments to the Form of the Corporate Income Tax Return\u201d;
\n\u2022 approved the draft Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Approval of the Plan for Enrolling Students in the National Civil Protection University of Ukraine (NCPUU) from Among Management Personnel and Specialists Whose Activities Are Related to the Organization and Implementation of Civil Protection Measures for 2026.\u201d<\/p>\n
On registration and licensing issues, the Commission:
\n\u2022 approved its Resolution on the compliance of KUA STRONG CAPITAL LLC and ALTERA FINANCE PJSC with the criteria specified in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 76 dated 27 January 2023;
\n\u2022 approved Appendix No. 3 to the prospectus for Series L corporate bonds, Appendix No. 5 to the prospectus for corporate bonds of Series D, Appendix No. 5 to the prospectus for corporate bonds of Series E, Appendix No. 8 to the prospectus for corporate bonds of Series J, and Appendix No. 10 to the prospectus for corporate bonds of Series B of NovaPay Credit LLC;
\n\u2022 registered the issue of shares of ZNVKIF ZENIT INVEST JSC and ZNVKIF SANMARK JSC, which is carried out for the purpose of joint investment, as well as the prospectus for the issue of these shares;
\n\u2022 registered the issue of shares of ZNVKIF ATLANT INVEST JSC for the purpose of joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares;
\n\u2022 registered the prospectus for the issue and release of investment certificates of ZPVNIF Mit Invest of KUA TASK-INVEST LLC;
\n\u2022 approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF TAURUS JSC with the aim of forming the initial authorized capital.<\/p>\n
Regarding the appointment of officials at professional market participants, the Commission approved:
\n\u2022 the Internal Auditor of INZHUR CAPITAL LLC;
\n\u2022 a Member of the Supervisory Board and the Chief Accountant of PROFIT KUA LLC;
\n\u2022 the Director of KUA LOGOS-CAPITAL LLC.<\/p>\n
The intention to acquire a significant stake in professional participant of capital markets SMART BOND.UA LLC was also approved.<\/p>\n
