Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf approved the revised draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amendments to the Regulations on the Procedure for Issuing Shares, Registering and Deregistering Share Issues in a New Edition\u201d;
\n\u25cf made amendments to the NSSMC Resolution No. 1067 dated 05 August 2022;
\n\u25cf approved the draft Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Proposals for the Application of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions)\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine in Connection with the Update (Recodification) of the Provisions of Book Two\u201d (registration No. 14057 dated 21 September 2025);
\n\u25cf considered the draft Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cCertain Issues of Managing Assets Seized in Criminal Proceedings in Exceptional Cases.\u201d<\/p>\n

Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf made changes to the list of assets, including cash, belonging to clients\/depositors of FREEDOM FINANCE UKRAINE LLC, to which the sanction of \u201casset freezing\u201d has been applied.<\/p>\n

Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf approved Appendix No. 4 to the prospectus for Series L corporate bonds, Appendix No. 6 to the prospectus for Series D corporate bonds, Appendix No. 6 to the prospectus for Series E corporate bonds, Appendix No. 9 to the prospectus for Series J corporate bonds, Appendix No. 11 to the prospectus for corporate bonds series B of NovaPay Credit LLC;
\n\u25cf denied registration of the issue of shares of EXPRESS INVEST JSC and the issue of bonds Series Zh, Z, and I of FITOPHARM PJSC;
\n\u25cf registered the issue of shares of ODESAVINPROM PJSC (without a public offering);
\n\u25cf refused to terminate the license for professional activities in capital markets \u2013 asset management activities for financing construction projects and\/or real estate transactions of FK GLOBAL CAPITAL LLC;
\n\u25cf registered the issue of shares of ZNVKIF VIET JSC, ZNVKIF TOKUMA JSC, ZNVKIF SORANO JSC, carried out for the purpose of joint investment, and the prospectus for the issue of these shares.<\/p>\n

Regarding the appointment of officials at professional market participants, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf approved the Director of K2 INVEST LLC;
\n\u25cf approved a member of the Supervisory Board of KUA SUCHASNI FINANSOVI INSTRUMENTY LLC.<\/p>\n
