The Commission approved the revised draft Resolution \u201cOn Amendments to the Regulations on Share issue, Registration and Cancelation of Share Issue Registration in a New Edition.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Regulations propose changes to the procedure for issuing and trading shares, taking into account the requirements of the legislation on administrative procedure and proposals received after the practical application of the current procedure. For this, the Regulations:
\n\u2022 improved the procedure for administrative proceedings when performing administrative actions;
\n\u2022 made relevant changes to replace the term \u201cofficial communication channel\u201d with the term \u201cCIS personal account\u201d;
\n\u2022 set out the issuer’s questionnaire to provide relevant information to the central depository for the purpose of forming a temporary\/global certificate;
\n\u2022 improved the procedure for transforming a joint-stock company.<\/p>\n
The Regulations also standardize and group the appendices: their number reduced from 50 to 27. This has led to a number of specific changes in the document, so it has been decided to prepare a new version of the Regulations and make it available for discussion.
