Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding Recognition of the Contribution of the Management of the National Bank of Ukraine to the History of the Development of the Ukrainian Currency\u201d (registration No. 14093-1 dated 08 October 2025);
\n\u25cf considered the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cCertain Issues of the Activities of the Supervisory Board of a State Unitary Enterprise, Economic Company, in Which More Than 50 Percent of the Shares (Stocks) Belong to the State\u201d;
\n\u25cf regarding the participation of an authorized representative in the extraordinary remote general meeting of shareholders of National Depository of Ukraine PJSC, which will be held on 27 November 2025.<\/p>\n

Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf registered the issue of registered corporate bonds of Series A of DRIVE LEASING LLC;
\n\u25cf registered the issue of shares of Ukraiyinska aktsionerna strakhova kompaniya ASKA-ZHYTTIA PJSC;
\n\u25cf registered the issue of shares of H\u0421 KYIVMISKBUD PJSC without a public offering;
\n\u25cf approved Appendix No. 1 to the prospectus of corporate bonds of Series B of FK SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE;
\n\u25cf approved Appendix No. 6 to the base prospectus of corporate bonds of FK Aktivitis LLC;
\n\u25cf approved amendments to the charter of FB PFTS JSC;
\n\u25cf registered the issue of shares of ZNVKIF LONTANO JSC, which is carried out for the purpose of joint investment, and the prospectus;
\n\u25cf approved draft statutes and registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF MENTOR JSC and ZNVKIF OLYMP CAPITAL JSC for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital.<\/p>\n

Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf made investors aware of dubious investment projects \u201cAI Forex Trader\u201d and \u201cCryptology Key\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the intention to acquire a significant stake in professional capital market participant Spike-Invest LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the intentions of two persons to increase their significant stake in professional capital market participant BTS BROKER LLC.<\/p>\n

Regarding the appointment of officials at professional market participants, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf approved the internal auditor and person responsible for compliance management and risk management at KUA HEDGE INVEST LLC.<\/p>\n
