{"id":1182206,"date":"2025-11-25T17:11:22","date_gmt":"2025-11-25T15:11:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/?p=1182206"},"modified":"2025-11-26T10:34:04","modified_gmt":"2025-11-26T08:34:04","slug":"kliuchovi-rishennia-nktspfr-vid-25-11-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/kliuchovi-rishennia-nktspfr-vid-25-11-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Key NSSMC decisions dated 25 Nov 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 made changes to the membership of certain committees of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 registered a report on the results of the issuance of Series C bonds without a public offering by YAVIR-INVEST LLC;<br \/>\n\u2022 registered the issue of shares of ZNVKIF DENAL INVEST JSC, carried out for the purpose of joint investment, and the prospectus for the issue of these shares;<br \/>\n\u2022 registered the issue of shares of Fond dekarbonizatsii Ukrainy JSC (without a public offering);<br \/>\n\u2022 approved Appendix No. 5 to the prospectus for Series L corporate bonds, Appendix No. 7 to the prospectus for Series D corporate bonds, Appendix No. 7 to the prospectus for Series E corporate bonds, Appendix No. 10 to the prospectus for Series J corporate bonds, and Appendix No. 12 to the prospectus for corporate bonds Series B of NovaPay Credit LLC;<br \/>\n\u2022 approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF VL INVEST JSC and ZNVKIF CARPATHIAN CAPITAL JSC for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital;<br \/>\n\u2022 approved amendments to the draft charters of VIDKRYTYI NEDERAZHAVNYI PENSIINYI FOND PRICHETNIST and of VIDKRYTYI NEDERZHAVNYI PENSIINYI FOND POKROVA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Regarding the appointment of officials at professional market participants, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 approved the person responsible for compliance and risk management at RIBEYL ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC;<br \/>\n\u2022 approved the applicant for membership of the National Bank of Ukraine&#8217;s Non-State Pension Fund Council.<\/p>\n<p>These Commission decisions are available by following the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/meeting-results\/?date=20251125\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">link<\/a>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission: \u2022 made changes to the membership of certain committees of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.
