Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Digital Accessibility in Ukraine\u201d (registration No. 14278 dated 05 December 2025);
\n\u2022 approved the Amendments to the NSSMC Rulemaking Plan for 2025;
\n\u2022 approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Approval of Amendments to Certain Regulatory Legal Acts of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission Regarding the Submission of Financial Statements\u201d;
\n\u2022 approved the Regulations on self-regulatory organizations of professional capital market participants and the Amendments to the licensing conditions for professional activities in capital markets;
\n\u2022 approved the Procedure for disclosure of information on legal transactions by management;
\n\u2022 approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Approval of the Regulations on the Administration of a Non-State Pension Fund\u201d;
\n\u2022 repealed certain regulatory legal acts of the State Securities and Stock Market Commission and the National Securities and Stock Market Commission;
\n\u2022 approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Approval of the Regulations on Open Selection (Competition) for Positions of Authorized Persons of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission\u201d;
\n\u2022 approved the NSSMC Rulemaking Plan for 2026;
\n\u2022 approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Improvement of Legal Regulation of the Activities of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine\u201d (registration No. 14207-1 dated 27 November 2025).<\/p>\n

Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 issued approval for an extraordinary remote general meeting of National Depository of Ukraine PJSC;
\n\u2022 prohibited the conclusion and\/or execution of legal transactions involving securities, and making changes to the depository accounting system for securities of PIVDENNY HIRNYCHOZBAHACHUVALNYI KOMBINAT.<\/p>\n

Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 confirmed that ARTA UPRAVLINNIA AKTYVAMY LLC and KUA BONUM GROUP LLC comply with the criteria specified in Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 76 dated January 27, 2023;
\n\u2022 registered a report on the results of the share issue without a public offering by TERNOPILSKYI MOLOKOZAVOD PrJSC;
\n\u2022 approved Appendix No. 2 to the prospectus for Series B corporate bonds of FINANSOVA KOMPANIYA SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE LLC;
\n\u2022 approved the Amendments to the Decision on the issue of Series C bonds of CREDITSERVICE LLC;
\n\u2022 approved the intention to increase the significant participation of TAKT-BIZ LLC in the professional participant of organized commodity markets Ukrainska Energetychna Birzha LLC and in the professional participant of capital markets Ukrainsky Klirynhovyi Dim LLC;
\n\u2022 registered the issue of shares of ZNVKIF STRONG JSC and ZNVKIF PRAGMATIC CAPITAL LLC, carried out for the purpose of joint investment, and the prospectus for the issue of these shares;
\n\u2022 registered the prospectus and issue of investment certificates of ZKPIFN ABF-NERUKHOMIST of KUA ARIVO ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC;
\n\u2022 approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF SOBEX INVEST LLC, ZNVKIF BRETON GROUP LLC, and ZNVKIF DAGON JSC for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital;
\n\u2022 approval of the intention to acquire a significant stake by two persons in the professional participant of capital markets LLC \u201cELLIOTT ASSET MANAGEMENT\u201d;
\n\u2022 declined to approve the intention to acquire a significant stake by a person in the professional participant of capital markets KUA PARTNER-INVEST LLC.<\/p>\n
