Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 approved a Commission reference note regarding the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to Article 136 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets’ regarding the Possibility for the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine to Obtain Information Contained in the Depository Accounting System\u201d (registration No. 14294 dated 11 December 2025);
\n\u2022 approved a Commission reference note regarding the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Other Laws of Ukraine Regarding Mechanisms for Encouraging Individual Investment and Supporting National Issuers\u201d (registration No. 14296 dated 12 December 2025);
\n\u2022 approved the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn the Termination, Denunciation, and Withdrawal from Certain International Treaties of Ukraine Concluded by the Government of Ukraine with the Governments of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, and Within the Framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States.\u201d<\/p>\n

Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 canceled the registration of the issue (issues) of investment certificates, the prospectus (prospectuses) for the issue of investment certificates and the cancelation of the certificate of registration of the issue of investment certificates of the non-diversified closed-end venture investment fund Invest Gal Bud of KUA Aktiv LLC;
\n\u2022 registered the Rules of operation of the multilateral trading facility of Fondova birzha PFTS JSC;
\n\u2022 registered amendments to the Rules of operation of the multilateral trading facility for derivative contracts of Fondova birzha PFTS JSC and the Currency swap specification;
\n\u2022 registered the Rules of operation of the regulated stock market of Fondova birzha PFTS JSC;
\n\u2022 made amendments to the register of professional participants in capital markets and organized commodity markets regarding the provision of additional services by ENERGETYCHNA REYESTRATSIYNA KOMPANIYA LLC.
\n\u2022 registered the issue of shares of Ukrainska finansova zhytlova kompaniia PrJSC (without a public offering).<\/p>\n

Regarding the appointment of officials at professional market participants, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 approved the person responsible for performing the functions of Compliance Manager and Risk Manager at KUA CPG ASSETS MANAGEMENT LLC;
\n\u2022 approved the Compliance Manager and the person responsible for performing the functions of Risk Manager at KUA INVEST-TANDEM LLC.<\/p>\n
