Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf reviewed the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Approval of the Draft Letter from the Government of Ukraine to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development Regarding the Request to Adhere to the Recommendation of the Council of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development on General Principles for the Protection of Financial Services Consumers\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to the Law of Ukraine \u2018On State Aid to Economic Entities\u2019 Regarding the Specifics of Applying its Provisions during the Legal Regime of Martial Law and Improving the Monitoring of State Aid to Economic Entities\u201d;
\n\u25cf amended the NSSMC Resolution dated 25 September 2012 No. 1284;
\n\u25cf approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amending the Regulations on Professional Activities in the Organization of Trading in Financial Instruments\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the Amendments to the NSSMC Rulemaking Plan for 2026;
\n\u25cf approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amendments to the Procedure for Issuing, Suspending, and Terminating Licenses for Professional Activities in Capital Markets\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amending the Procedure for Approving Persons Appointed to the Position of Head of a Professional Participant in Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets, Officials of the Internal Control System, and Persons Responsible for Financial Monitoring\u201d;
\n\u25cf endorsed the draft Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Amending the National Energy and Climate Plan until 2030\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Approval of the Procedure for Providing a Controlled Service by the NSSMC\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Approving the Procedure for Conducting Inspections in Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Approving the Procedure for Conducting Investigations in Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Approving the Procedure for Appointing and Dismissing NSSMC Controllers\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Recognizing as Null and Void the NSSMC Resolutions No. 14\/21\/2358\/K03 dated 30 May 2025, and No. 14\/21\/2659\/K03 dated 01 August 2025\u201d;
\n\u25cf amended the NSSMC Resolution No. 899 dated 05 October 2021;
\n\u25cf reviewed the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Amending the Charter of Ukrhydroenergo Private Joint-Stock Company;
\n\u25cf reviewed the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201dOn Amending the State Property Policy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf registered a report on the results of the issue of corporate bonds of Series K of TAS-LOGISTIC LLC;
\n\u25cf registered a report on the results of the issue of shares of Decarbonization Fund of Ukraine JSC;
\n\u25cf approved Appendix No. 3 to the prospectus of corporate bonds of Series E1 of ULF-FINANCE LLC;
\n\u25cf registered the issue of shares of ZNVKIF ENTERPRISE JSC and ZNVKIF INDUSTRY INVEST UKRAINE JSC, carried out for the purpose of joint investment, and the prospectus for the issue of these shares;
\n\u25cf approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares of JSC ZNVKIF VIZIR JSC, ZNVKIF GRAND FINANCE JSC, ZNVKIF EOS JSC, JSC ZNVKIF INVEST CITY JSC and ZNVKIF FERRATA JSC for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital;
\n\u25cf confirmed that KUA RIBEYL ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC and TTsP PGI LLC comply with the criteria specified in the Resolution of the the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 76 dated 27 January 2023.<\/p>\n

Regarding the appointment of officials at professional market participants, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf approved a person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager, a person responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager, and the Internal Auditor of KUA KYIVSKI INVESTYTSIYNI PROEKTY LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the Internal Auditor, a person responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager, and a person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager at KUA EVKLID LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the Chief Accountant, as well as the Acting Director of UKRAINSKA RESURSNA BIRZHA LLC;
\n\u25cf approved a person designated as responsible for financial monitoring at PRYBUTOK PLUS LLC.<\/p>\n
