Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf approved a Commission reference note on the draft Labor Code of Ukraine (registration No. 14386 dated 15 January 2026);
\n\u25cf approved a Commission reference note on the draft Civil Code of Ukraine (Private Law Code) (registration No. 14394 dated 22 Jan 2026);
\n\u25cf approved a Commission reference note on the draft Civil Code of Ukraine (Private Law Code) (registration No. 14394-1 dated 06 Feb 2026);
\n\u25cf approved a Commission reference note on the draft Civil Code of Ukraine (Private Law Code) (registration No. 14394-2 dated 06 Feb 2026);
\n\u25cf reviewed the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Approval of the Strategy for Financial Investigations in Combating Criminal Offenses Related to Income Generation for the Period until 2028 and Approval of the Operational Plan for its Implementation\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the Regulations on the administration of a non-state pension fund;
\n\u25cf approved the Amendments to the Rulemaking Plan of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission for 2026;
\n\u25cf approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amending the NSSMC Resolution No. 992 dated 11 June 2013\u201d;
\n\u25cf amended the NSSMC Resolution No. 823 dated 23 September 2021;
\n\u25cf approved the Regulations on open selection (competition) for positions of NSSMC authorized persons;
\n\u25cf endorsed the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Proposals for the Application of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions) in Accordance with the Implementing Regulations and Decisions of the Council of the European Union\u201d;
\n\u25cf endorsed the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cCertain Issues of the Management of Assets Seized in Criminal Proceedings, in Exceptional Cases\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the analytical report on the work of the Commission and the state of capital markets and organized commodity markets for Q4 2025.<\/p>\n

Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf updated a list of assets, including cash belonging to clients\/depositors of FRIDOM FINANCE UKRAINE LLC, to which the sanction of \u201casset freezing\u201d is applied.<\/p>\n

Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf registered a report on the results of the issue of Series B bonds by TORHOVYI DIM GALKA LLC without a public offering;
\n\u25cf registered a report on the results of the issue of Series B corporate bonds by SIROKO FINANCE LLC;
\n\u25cf registered the issue of shares of SENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE PrJSC, PREKHIDNYI BANK PrJSC, UTE BANK, and SUMYRYBGOSP PrJSC without a public offering;
\n\u25cf removed CREDIT-RATING LLC (new name \u2013 KONSKOMDIYA LLC) from the Register of Authorized Rating Agencies;
\n\u25cf approved the draft statutes and registration of share issues of ZNVKIF VIDVAZHNYKH JSC, ZNVKIF GRONEL JSC, ZNVKIF GRONA INVEST JSC, ZNVKIF PEGAS UA JSC and ZNVKIF KRONOS UA JSC with the aim of forming the initial authorized capital;
\n\u25cf registered share issues of ZNVKIF TECHNOPARK INVEST JSC, ZNVKIF PINNAKLE FERRO CAPITAL JSC and ZNVKIF UNIVERSAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS JSC, carried out for the purpose of joint investment, and the prospectus for the issue of these shares;
\n\u25cf removed NEPIDPRYIEMNYTSKE TOVARYSTVO VIDKRYTYI NEDERZHAVNYI PENISIYI FOND ZOLOTYI VIK from the Register of non-state pension funds;
\n\u25cf canceled the registration of the issue (issues) of investment certificates, the prospectus (prospectuses) for the issue of investment certificates and the cancellation of the certificate of registration of the issue of investment certificates of ZNVIF T-FINANCE LLC of KUA and APF SYNTAKS-INVEST LLC;
\n\u25cf canceled the registration of the issue (issues) of investment certificates, the prospectus (prospectuses) for the issue of investment certificates, and the cancelation of a certificate of registration of the issue of investment certificates of ZNVPIF FINVEST of KUA IQ \u2013 TECHNOLOGY LLC;
\n\u25cf canceled the registration of the issue (issues) of investment certificates, the prospectus (prospectuses) for the issue of investment certificates, and the cancelation of a certificate of registration of the issue of investment certificates of ZNVPIF PRYVATNI INVESTYTSII of KUA SWAP LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the intention to acquire a qualifying holding in the professional participant in the capital markets KUA GRUNWALD ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC;<\/p>\n

Regarding the appointment of officials at the following professional participants, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf approved a person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager and Risk Manager at FINANSOVA KOMPANIIA OLIMPIA LLC;
\n\u25cf approved a person responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager and Internal Auditor at KUA FORTETSIA LLC;
\n\u25cf approved a person responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager and Compliance Manager at KUA UKRKAPITAL LLC;
\n\u25cf approved a person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager, a person responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager at KUA LIVING PARK DEVELOPMENT LLC;
\n\u25cf approved a person responsible for financial monitoring at KUA CAPITAL EXPERT LLC;
\n\u25cf approved a person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager, Internal Auditor, and a person responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager at KUA KRAKEN INVEST LLC;
\n\u25cf approved a person responsible for financial monitoring at KUA GLOBAL VIEW CAPITAL LLC;
\n\u25cf approved an Internal Auditor at CUSTODY-BROK LLC;
\n\u25cf approved an Internal Auditor at DOMINANTA TRADE LLC;
\n\u25cf approved two Members of the Supervisory Board, a person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager, a person responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager, a person elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board responsible for performing the duties of Internal Auditor of STANDARD-REESTR LLC;
\n\u25cf confirmed that UPR-FINANCE LLC, KUA GRUNWALD ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC, DELTA FK LLC, KUA UNIVERS MANAGEMENT LLC, UNIVER CAPITAL LLC, INVINTUM LLC, KUA CLEVER CAPITAL LLC, FB PERSPECTYVA PrJSC, BTS BROKER LLC, ADAMANT SECURITIES LLC comply with the criteria specified in the Resolution No. 76 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 27 January 2023;
\n\u25cf established that FK FINBUD LLC does not comply with the criteria specified in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 76 dated 27 January 2023, and revoked its status as an enterprise critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the life support of the population during a special period.<\/p>\n

In addition to the above-mentioned, the Commission approved a Regualtion “On the Disclosure of Information from the Register of Authorized Rating Agencies.”<\/p>\n
