Commissioner Arsen Ilin and Deputy Ministers of Economy Daria Marchak and Yegor Perelygin were also participating. Oleksii Semenyuk <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/semeniuk_NSSMC\/15\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported <\/a>on this on his Telegram channel.<\/p>\n<p>The sides discussed decisions that could result in a measurable effect on the economy.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cGiven the situation with natural gas and the relevant infrastructure, it is strategically important to look at all available energy resources, including solid biofuel. If a transparent exchange-based pricing is introduced and the price is decoupled from the PSO (Regulations on placing special duties on the natural gas market participants), solid biofuel could become a competitive and economically attractive alternative for communities and businesses, especially those with their own raw material base,\u201d<\/em> said the Chairman of the NSSMC.<\/p>\n<p>He stressed that the key task is to create a transparent, organized market with fair competition and transparent price setting.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cExchange trading provides precisely that: transparency, liquidity, and a level playing field,\u201d<\/em> wrote Oleksii Semeniuk.<\/p>\n<p>Separately, during the meeting, the establishment of an exchange holding company was discussed.
