Within the framework of rulemaking activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf amended the Procedure for issuing, suspending and terminating a license to conduct professional activities on capital markets;
\n\u25cf approved Amendments to the 2026 Normative Activity Plan of the NSSMC;
\n\u25cf approved the draft Resolution of the NSSMC \u00abOn approval of changes to some normative legal acts of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission on combating abuse in capital markets\u00bb;
\n\u25cf approved the draft Resolution of the NSSMC \u00abOn approval of changes to the Requirements for disclosure of financial reporting indicators in the XBRL format for reporting entities that are participants in capital markets and professional participants in organized commodity markets\u00bb;
\n\u25cf agreed on the draft Resolution of the CMU \u00abOn the liquidation of some advisory, advisory and other auxiliary bodies formed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and amendments to some acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine\u00bb;
\n\u25cf adopted an order on some issues of monitoring the professional suitability of a person appointed to the position of head of a professional participant in capital markets and organized commodity markets, officials of the internal control system and persons responsible for financial monitoring.<\/p>\n

Within the scope of supervision:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf informed investors about dubious investment projects \u00abBits Global\u00bb and \u00abDAXIA LIMITED\u00bb;
\n\u25cf has been amended to the list of assets, including funds belonging to clients\/depositors of LLC \u00abFRIEDOM FINANCE UKRAINE\u00bb, to which a sanction in the form of \u00abblocking of assets\u00bb has been applied.<\/p>\n

On registration and licensing matters, the following decisions were made:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 approved Appendix No. 3 to the corporate bond prospectus of Series B LLC \u201cFC \u201cSUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE\u201d;
\n\u2022 registered a report on the results of the issue of shares of PJSC \u201cPEREHIDNYI BANK\u201d \u00abYUTE BANK\u00bb;
\n\u2022 registered the issue of shares of SC \u00abCNDVCIF \u00abVELES\u00bb, SC \u00abCNDVCIF \u00abR2 FINANCE\u00bb, JSC \u00abCNVCIF \u00abTELLURIUM INVEST\u00bb, JSC “CNDVCIF “VAISMEN”, SC “CNDVCIF “VYDNOKRAI CAPITAL”, which is carried out for the purpose of joint investment, and the prospectus of these shares;
\n\u2022 the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares of JSC \u00ab CNDVCIF \u00abKORNION\u00bb was agreed with the aim of forming the initial authorized capital;
\n\u2022 compliance has been established LLC AMC \u201cHEDGE INVEST\u201d, LLC \u00abAMC \u00abCAPITAL GROUP\u00bb, LLC \u00abAMC \u00abGUARANTEE \u2013 INVEST\u00bb, LLC \u00abAMC \u00abIVEX ESSET MANAGEMENT\u00bb, LLC \u00abSTOCK COMPANY \u00abTRANSFERT\u00bb, LLC \u00abAMC \u00abPROFI-T ACTIVE\u00bb, LLC \u00abPROFI-T SECURITIES\u00bb, LLC \u00abKINTO, LTD\u00bb, LLC \u00abAMC \u00abTRUST CAPITAL\u00bb, LLC \u00abAMC \u00abCONSTANTA VENTURE INVEST\u00bb, LLC \u00abFINKORTRADE\u00bb, LLC \u00abUUB\u00bb, LLC \u00abNAVIGATOR-INVEST\u00bb, DU \u00abARIFRU\u00bb, KP \u00abFINANCIAL COMPANY \u00abHOUSING-INVEST\u00bb criteria specified in the resolution of the CMU dated January 27, 2023 \u2116 76.<\/p>\n

The appointment of the following officials of professional participants was agreed:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf of the person entrusted with the duties of performing the function of compliance manager of LLC \u00abAMC \u00abTSIMECONINVEST\u00bb;
\n\u25cf of the person entrusted with the duties of performing the function of risk manager and the function of compliance manager of LLC \u00abAMC \u00abRICHMOND\u00bb;
\n\u25cf of the person entrusted with the duties of performing the function of compliance manager and the function of risk manager of LLC \u00abAMC \u00abANTARA\u00bb;
\n\u25cf of a person appointed to the position of compliance manager of LLC \u00abFC \u00abGUARANTEE CAPITAL\u00bb;
\n\u25cf of a person appointed to the position of internal auditor of LLC \u00abAMC \u00abINVEST-CONSULTING\u00bb;
\n\u25cf internal auditor LLC \u00abAMC \u00abTRAVERTIN\u00bb;
\n\u25cf of the person entrusted with the duties of performing the function of risk manager and the function of compliance manager of LLC \u00abAMC \u00abPROFINVEST\u00bb;
\n\u25cf of the person responsible for financial monitoring of LLC \u00abARTA ASSET MANAGEMENT\u00bb;
\n\u25cf of the person responsible for financial monitoring of LLC \u00abAMC \u00abTERSIN\u00bb;
\n\u25cf, the intention to acquire significant participation by persons in professional participants of the capital markets of LLC \u00abTCP \u00ab KRIPTEX \u00bb, PJSC \u00abALTERA FINANCE\u00bb has been agreed
\n\u25cf agreed on the intention to increase a person’s significant participation in a professional participant in the capital markets of LLC \u00abKINTO, Ltd\u00bb;
\n\u25cf two members of the Supervisory Board and a member of the Board, as well as a person whose candidacy is proposed for the position of Chairman of the Board of PJSC \u00abNATIONAL DEPOSITORY OF UKRAINE\u00bb;
\n\u25cf of the person responsible for financial monitoring of LLC \u00abTCP \u00ab KRIPTEX \u00bb828;
\n\u25cf four members, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, internal auditor and chief accountant of LLC \u00abINVESTMENT CAPITAL UKRAINE\u00bb.<\/p>\n
