{"id":1182838,"date":"2026-02-26T17:09:39","date_gmt":"2026-02-26T15:09:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/?p=1182838"},"modified":"2026-03-05T11:27:33","modified_gmt":"2026-03-05T09:27:33","slug":"komisiia-hotuietsia-do-predstavlennia-k","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/komisiia-hotuietsia-do-predstavlennia-k\/","title":{"rendered":"Commission prepares to present the concept of a new law on financial market infrastructure"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The National Securities and Stock Market Commission, with technical support from the EBRD and legal advisors, together with Ernst &#038; Young, developed a concept for a new draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Financial Market Infrastructure.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The draft law is being prepared within the framework of Ukraine\u2019s EU integration commitments and provides for the implementation of EU standards in the field of capital market infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>The concept outlines a unified legislative framework for the activities of the central depository, central counterparty, settlement systems, and financial collateral.
