Oleksii Semeniuk <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/semeniuk_NSSMC\/23\" target=\"_blank\">reported <\/a>this on his Telegram channel. <\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cPARD is one of the influential voices of the professional community that we must listen to.
