He <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/semeniuk_NSSMC\/24\" target=\"_blank\">reported <\/a>this on his Telegram channel. <\/p>\n<p>During the discussion, the parties considered the possibility of a pilot issue of corporate bonds in Ukraine. An agreement was reached to take this path in real life \u2014 by using a single case study, to test how the capital market infrastructure works and where the system needs changes. <\/p>\n<p>Special attention is paid to the regulatory environment. The Commission is currently finalizing work on its PIAs regulation, which provides for the simplification of market entry procedures.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, there has been a rise in demand for investment instruments: investments in government bonds (OVDPs) exceeded UAH 12 billion. This indicates the availability of domestic resources and the need to expand opportunities for attracting them through corporate bonds.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMy position is clear: regulation should be simple, understandable, and market-oriented.
