{"id":1182894,"date":"2026-03-09T10:52:39","date_gmt":"2026-03-09T08:52:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/?p=1182894"},"modified":"2026-03-12T12:51:10","modified_gmt":"2026-03-12T10:51:10","slug":"ua-nktspfr-pohodyla-proiekt-postanovy-kmu-shchodo-natsionalnoi-prohramy-adaptatsii-zakonodavstva-ukrainy-do-prava-ies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/ua-nktspfr-pohodyla-proiekt-postanovy-kmu-shchodo-natsionalnoi-prohramy-adaptatsii-zakonodavstva-ukrainy-do-prava-ies\/","title":{"rendered":"NSSMC endorsed a draft CMU Resolution on the National Program for the Adaptation of Ukrainian Legislation to EU Law"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The National Securities and Stock Market Commission endorsed the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/document\/?id=94147382\" target=\"_blank\">draft Resolution<\/a> of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Approval of the National Program for the Adaptation of Ukrainian Legislation to European Union Law (EU acquis)\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The National Program was prepared based on the results of an official EU assessment (screening) of the implementation of European Union law (EU acquis) into Ukrainian national legislation, conducted jointly with the European Commission. It covers tasks aimed at implementing European Union law (EU acquis) and fulfilling the recommendations of the European Commission set out in the draft reports on the results of the screening, and also sets deadlines and those responsible for implementation.<\/p>\n<p>In total, there are 31 negotiation chapters within six negotiation clusters.
