Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf endorsed the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Proposals for the Application of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions) in accordance with the European Union Council Regulation on Nicaragua\u201d.<\/p>\n

Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf approved an action plan to improve own financial condition of OSNOVA-TSINNI PAPERY LLC.<\/p>\n

Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf registered the issue of registered corporate bonds of Series E (without a public offering) by YAHOTINSKY MASLOSYROZAVOD LLC;
\n\u25cf canceled the registration of the issue of Series A bonds of the State Company for the Export and Import of Military and Special Purpose Products and Services UKRSPECEXPORT;
\n\u25cf registered the issue of shares of ZNVKIF BRAVE JSC and ZNVKIF FITZROY for the purpose of joint investment, and the prospectus for the issue of these shares;
\n\u25cf approved the draft statutes and registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF BS CAPITAL JSC, ZNVKIF FULLHAUSE JSC, ZNVKIF WATERLINE JSC, ZNVKIF GAMBIT JSC, ZNVKIF EMIR JSC, ZNVKIF WINTER GROUP JSC for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital;
\n\u25cf registered changes to the prospectus, regulations, registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF SISTEZA JSC and replacement of a certificate of registration of the issue of shares of a corporate investment fund;
\n\u25cf terminated a license for professional activities in capital markets \u2014 property management activities for financing construction projects and\/or real estate transactions of WININVESTBUD LLC.
\n\u25cf issued licenses for professional activities in capital markets \u2013 depositary activities, namely depositary activities of the depositary institution CONCORD CAPITAL LLC;
\n\u25cf confirmed that INZHUR LLC, L.D. ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC, INVESTYTSIYNI PARTNERY LLC, INVESTYTSYINYI CAPITAL UKRAINE LLC, FK KYIV INVEST CAPITAL LLC, SOLID DNIPRO LLC, BALTIC FINANCE GROUP LLC, FK FINBUD LLC complies with the criteria specified in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 76 dated 27 January 2023.<\/p>\n

Regarding appointment of officials at professional market participants, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf approved the Chair and a Member of the Supervisory Board, a person responsible for performing the duties of Internal Auditor, Risk Manager, and a person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager of PERSHYI ADMINISTRATOR PENSIYNOHO FONDU LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the Internal Auditor of LLC FINANSOVA KOMPANIYA FINBUD;
\n\u25cf approved a person responsible for performing the duties of Risk Officer and Compliance Officer at INVEST-CONSULTING LLC;
\n\u25cf approved a person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager and Risk Manager at KUA PROHRESYVNI INVESTYTSIYNI STRATEHII LLC;
\n\u25cf approved two Members of the Supervisory Board, a person responsible for performing the duties of Internal Auditor, a person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager and Risk Manager at ALPHA ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC;
\n\u25cf approved a person responsible for financial monitoring at KUA AKTIV LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the Internal Auditor, a person responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager, and the person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager at OB’YEDNANA REYESTRATSIYNA KOMPANIYA LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the Chair of the Board of Directors \u2013 a non-executive director responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager, a Member of the Board of Directors \u2013 the Chief Executive Officer responsible for financial monitoring in the LLC, a person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager, a Member of the Board of Directors \u2013 a non-executive director responsible for performing the duties of Internal Auditor of CUSTODIAN GARANT;
\n\u25cf approved a person responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager, two Members of the Supervisory Board, a person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager of PIDPRYIEMSTVO ROSAN-TSINNI PAPERY LLC.<\/p>\n
