In its rulemaking capacity, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf endorsed the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Approval of the Action Plan for Strengthening Internal Control and Internal Audit Systems in Ukraine for Accountable and Effective Management\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the Amendments to the NSSMC Rulemaking Plan for 2026;
\n\u25cf approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn the Specifics of Financial Reporting by Certain Participants in Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets in 2026\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn the Approval of Amendments to Certain NSSMC Legal Regulatory Acts Regarding Rating\u201d;
\n\u25cf endorsed the draft Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Submitting Proposals Regarding the Application of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions) in Accordance with the Regulation of the Council of the European Union Concerning the Republic of Mali\u201d;
\n\u25cf endorsed the draft Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Submitting Proposals Regarding the Application of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions) in Accordance with the Regulation of the Council of the European Union Concerning the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the Resolution \u201cOn Establishing Restrictions on Securities of Joint Investment Institutions\u201d;
\n\u25cf reviewed the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Amending the Annex to the State Property Policy\u201d.<\/p>\n

In its supervisory capacity, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf amended a list of assets, including funds, belonging to clients\/depositors of FREEDOM FINANCE UKRAINE LLC, to which an \u201casset freeze\u201d sanction is applied;
\n\u25cf granted permission for professional capital market participants to establish business relationships with Uklon Corporate LLC, legal entity identification code 44378710;
\n\u25cf granted permission for professional capital market participants to establish business relations with Ukraine Tower Company LLC, legal entity identification code 44281999;
\n\u25cf classified \u201cLiber Trade\u201d and \u201cxtp LTD\u201d as dubious investment projects;<\/p>\n

Regarding registration and licensing, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf registered the issuance of registered Series D corporate bonds by AZURRO FINANCE LLC (without a public offering);
\n\u25cf approved Appendix No. 3 to the prospectus for Series M corporate bonds, Appendix No. 8 to the prospectus for Series L corporate bonds, Appendix No. 10 to the prospectus for Series D corporate bonds, Appendix No. 10 to the prospectus for Series E corporate bonds, and Appendix No. 13 to the prospectus for Series J corporate bonds of NovaPay Credit LLC;
\n\u25cf registered a report on the results of the share issuance without a public offering by ODESAVINPROM PrJSC;
\n\u25cf registered the issuance of shares by ZNVKIF RODOLIT GROUP JSC, ZNVKIF MENTOR JSC, ZNVKIF JAM DEVELOPMENT JSC, ZNVKIF SERVAL JSC, and ZNVKIF CAPELLA JSC, carried out for the purpose of joint investment, as well as the prospectus for the issuance of these shares;
\n\u25cf approved the draft charters and registration of share issues for ZNVKIF INTERNUM JSC, ZNVKIF SEYVAR JSC, ZNVKIF BLAGO GROUP JSC, ZNVKIF TERMOND JSC, ZNVKIF DIVISION UA JSC, ZNVKIF MARGIN JSC, ZNVKIF WHITEHORN JSC, and ZNVKIF KRIOS JSC for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital.<\/p>\n

Regarding the appointment of officials at professional market participants, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf approved a Member of the Supervisory Board resoponsible for the duties of Risk Manager, a person elected Chair of the Supervisory Board, responsible for the duties of Internal Auditor, a person appointed Director, responsible for the duties of Compliance Manager, and a Member of the Supervisory Board of TTsP CRYPTEX LLC;
\n\u25cf approved a person responsible for the duties of Compliance Manager at STATUS ASSET CAPITAL LLC;
\n\u25cf a person responsible for the duties of Risk Manager, and a person responsible for the duties of Internal Auditor at KUA PROFIT LLC;
\n\u25cf approved a person responsible for the duties of Compliance Manager at KUA KARPATY-INVEST PrJSC;
\n\u25cf approved the Internal Auditor and a person responsible for the duties of Compliance Manager at KUA SPILNI INVESTYTSIYNI PROEKTY LLC;
\n\u25cf approved a person appointed Compliance Manager and a person responsible for the duties of Risk Manager and Internal Auditor at KUA ROYAL FINANCE LLC;
\n\u25cf approved a person responsible for the duties of Compliance Manager at KUA FINEC ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC;
\n\u25cf approved a person responsible for the duties of Risk Manager at KUA DIKV-L LLC.<\/p>\n
