In its rulemaking capacity, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf approved the Amendments to the Rulemaking Plan of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission for 2026;
\n\u25cf amended the NSSMC Resolution No. 09\/21\/4069\/K03 dated 01 April 2026;
\n\u25cf regarding the participation of an authorized representative in the extraordinary remote general meeting of shareholders of National Depository of Ukraine PJSC to be held on 14 April 2026;
\n\u25cf regarding the participation of an authorized representative in the electronic annual general meeting of shareholders of National Depository of Ukraine PJSC to be held on 27 April 2026;
\n\u25cf amended the NSSMC Resolution No. 2407 dated 15 October 2013;
\n\u25cf updated the List of administrative services provided by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission;
\n\u25cf changed the composition of certain NSSMC committees;
\n\u25cf updated the Regulations on the recording and review by the NSSMC of cases of administrative offenses;
\n\u25cf updated the Procedure for requesting a controlled service by the NSSMC;
\n\u25cf amended the NSSMC Resolution No. 15\/21\/4018\/K03 dated 25 March 2026;
\n\u25cf updated the Procedure for conducting inspections in capital markets and organized commodity markets;
\n\u25cf reviewed the draft Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cCertain Issues Regarding the Management of Assets Seized in Criminal Proceedings in Exceptional Cases\u201d.<\/p>\n

In its supervisory capacity, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf updated a list of assets, including funds, belonging to clients\/depositors of FREEDOM FINANCE UKRAINE LLC, subject to an \u201casset freeze\u201d sanction.<\/p>\n

Regarding registration and licensing matters, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf registered the issue and approved the prospectus of Series A registered corporate bonds of VIKING PARK LLC;
\n\u25cf registered the issue and approved the prospectus for Series A registered corporate bonds of SPOZHYVCHYI TSENTR LLC;
\n\u25cf registered a report on the results of the share issue without a public offering by ADM ILLICHIVSK PrJSC;
\n\u25cf issued a license to INVESTUDIO LLC to conduct professional activities in capital markets \u2014 trading in financial instruments;
\n\u25cf issued a license to STANDARD VAN CAPITAL LLC to conduct professional activities in the capital markets \u2014 trading in financial instruments;
\n\u25cf issued a license to the depository institution STANDARD VAN CAPITAL LLC for professional activities in capital markets \u2014 depository activities;
\n\u25cf registered the issue of shares by ZNVKIF SOTSIUM INVEST, carried out for the purpose of joint investment, and the prospectus for the issue of these shares;
\n\u25cf canceled the registration of the issue(s) of investment certificates, the prospectus(es) for the issuance of investment certificates, and the termination of a registration certificate for the issue of investment certificates of the undiversified closed-end venture capital investment fund Intergal \u2013 Bud of KUA CRYSTAL ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC;
\n\u25cf canceled the registration of a share issue and revoked a temporary certificate of registration of a share issue for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital of ZNVKIF KMDSH INVEST JSC;
\n\u25cf approved the intention to acquire a qualifying holding by a person\/entity in the professional capital market participant KUA READY-INVEST JSC.<\/p>\n

Regarding the appointment of the officials of professional market participants, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf approved a person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager at K2 INVEST LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the Internal Auditor, the Compliance Manager, and the Risk Manager at ADAMANT SECURITIES LLC;
\n\u25cf approved a person responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager at FINANSOVA KOMPANIIA INTERSVIT LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the Chair of the Supervisory Board and a person responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager, a Member of the Supervisory Board, and a person responsible for performing the duties of Internal Auditor at KUA FINEC ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the Chair of the Supervisory Board and a Member of the Supervisory Board of KUA DIKV-L LLC;
\n\u25cf approved a person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager and Risk Manager at KUA NIKA-INVEST LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the Internal Auditor, a person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager at KUA AKTIV LLC;
\n\u25cf approved a person appointed Compliance Officer and a person responsible for the duties of Risk Officer at PRIKARPATSKA INVESTYTSIYNA KOMPANIIA PRINCOM PrJSC.<\/p>\n
