In its rulemaking capacity, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn the Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to Article 263 of the Civil Code of Ukraine\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn the Joint-Stock Company Skhidnyi Hirnycho-Zbahachuvalnyi Kombinat\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn the Specifics of Managing Legal Entities of Certain Organizational and Legal Forms whose Participants (Founders) Are Territorial Communities, District, and Regional Councils\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine to Ensure Compliance with European Union Legislation and the Relevant Criteria Established by the European Payments Council, with a View to Ukraine\u2019s Accession to the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA)\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the Concept of the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Financial Market Infrastructure\u201d;
\n\u25cf amended the NSSMC Resolution No. 879 of 10 August 2023;
\n\u25cf adopted a Decision regarding the specifics of entering into and executing legal transactions concerning Ukraine\u2019s external government borrowing during martial law;
\n\u25cf approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amending the NSSMC Resolution No. 09\/21\/1418\/K03 dated 14 November 2024\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amending the NSSMC Resolution No. 1283 dated 25 September 2012\u201d;
\n\u25cf endorsed the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to the Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1673 dated 29 November 2006, and No. 604 dated 24 May 2024\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved updates to the Requirements for the disclosure of financial reporting indicators in XBRL format for reporting entities that are capital market participants and professional participants in organized commodity markets;
\n\u25cf approved a Resolution on setting restrictions regarding securities of joint investment institutions;
\n\u25cf approved a Regulation on the status of implementation of the Rulemaking Plan of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission for Q1 2026.<\/p>\n

In its oversight capacity, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf updated a list of assets, including cash, belonging to clients\/depositors of FREEDOM FINANCE UKRAINE LLC, which is subject to an \u201casset freeze\u201d sanction.<\/p>\n

Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf registered the share issue by HALITSIYA DISTILLERY PrJSC without a public offering;
\n\u25cf registered the issues of Series N corporate bonds of \u201cNovaPay Credit\u201d, and approved their prospectuses;
\n\u25cf approved Appendix No. 4 to the prospectus for Series M corporate bonds, Appendix No. 9 to the prospectus for Series L corporate bonds, Appendix No. 11 to the prospectus for Series D corporate bonds, Appendix No. 11 to the prospectus for Series E corporate bonds, and Appendix No. 14 to the prospectus for Series J corporate bonds of NovaPay Credit LLC;
\n\u25cf registered a report on the results of the placement of shares of Joint Stock Company FREENET;
\n\u25cf updated the register of professional participants in capital markets and organized commodity markets regarding the provision of additional services by TTsP CRYPTEX JSC;
\n\u25cf registered the share issues of ZNVKIF MATIS JSC, ZNVKIF RANGAN JSC, and ZNVKIF TORSTEIN JSC, carried out for the purpose of joint investment, as well as the prospectus for the issuance of these shares;
\n\u25cf registered the prospectus for the issue and offering of investment certificates of ZNPIF C1 PLAZA POZNYAKI of KUA REIT C1 LLC;
\n\u25cf registered changes to the share issue prospectus, regulations, and registration of share issues of ZNVKIF BC INVESTMENT JSC and ZNVKIF DENAL INVEST JSC, as well as the replacement of certificates of registration for corporate investment fund share issues;
\n\u25cf approved draft charters and registrations of share issues of ZNVKIF FIDELIS JSC, ZNVKIF OSKAR JSC, ZNVKIF MAGNETICO JSC, ZNVKIF ASTAT INVEST JSC, ZNVKIF CONTYLIUM INVEST JSC, ZNVKIF KRYLA INVEST JSC for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital;
\n\u25cf canceled the registration of the issue(s) of investment certificates, the prospectus(es) for the issuance of investment certificates, and a registration certificate for the issue of investment certificates of ZNVPIF Renaissance Trading of KUA EL. DI. ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the intention of a person\/entity to acquire a qualifying holding in the professional capital market participant KUA AURUM LLC;
\n\u25cf confirmed that FK ZENIT-DT LLC and FK ZAKHIDINVEST LLC comply with the criteria specified in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 76 dated 27 January 2023.<\/p>\n

Regarding the appointment of officials of professional market participants, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf approved a person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager of KUA-APF BROKBUSINESSINVEST PrJSC;
\n\u25cf approved a person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager of KUA PROFIT LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the person elected a Member of the Supervisory Board of PRIKARPATSKA INVESTYTSIYNA KOMPANIYA PRINCOM PrJSC;
\n\u25cf approved the person appointed as Compliance Manager, a Member of the Supervisory Board, and a person responsible for performing the duties of Internal Auditor, the Chair of the Supervisory Board and a person performing the duties of Risk Manager and a Member of the Supervisory Board of KUA PRIME ASSETS MANAGEMENT LLC;
\n\u25cf approved a person responsible for financial monitoring at KUA ENERGIA-CAPITAL LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the person elected a Member of the Supervisory Board and a person responsible for the duties of Risk Manager at STATUS ASSET CAPITAL LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the Chair of the Supervisory Board of KUA-APF UKRSOC-CAPITAL LLC;
\n\u25cf approved a Member of the Supervisory Board of KUA KUA PORTOFIN.<\/p>\n
