In its rulemaking capacity, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf endorsed the draft Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn the Approval of the Action Plan for the Implementation of Ukraine\u2019s Foreign Policy Strategy for 2026\u20132028\u201d;
\n\u25cf endorsed the draft Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn the Approval of the Concept for the Development of Cloud Services in Ukraine for the Period 2026\u20132031\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the NSSMC\u2019s action plan for implementing the National Program for the Adaptation of Ukrainian Legislation to European Union Law (EU acquis);
\n\u25cf endorsed the draft Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn the Approval of the State Policy Strategy in Organizing and Conducting Gambling to Minimize the Negative Impact of Gambling, Prevent the Emergence of, and Combat Gambling Addiction (ludomania) up to 2035 and the Approval of an Operational Plan of Measures for its Implementation in 2027\u20132029\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the Regulations on insider information and its disclosure in capital markets;
\n\u25cf approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn the Approval of an Indicative (Non-Exhaustive) List of Legitimate Interests and Situations of Issuers of Financial Instruments, as Specified in Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part Five of Article 133-1 of the Law of Ukraine \u2018On Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets\u2019\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn the Approval of an Indicative (Non-Exhaustive) List of Information Whose Disclosure Is Reasonably Expected or Required in Accordance with Legislation, Market Rules, Contracts, Practice, or Custom in the Relevant Capital Markets\u201d;
\n\u25cf amended the NSSMC Resolution No. 09\/21\/4221\/K03 dated 29 April 2026;
\n\u25cf approved the the Regulation \u201cOn the Establishment of the Advisory Coordination Council on Corporate Governance\u201d;
\n\u25cf amended the NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn the Termination, as a Result of Reorganization (Transformation), of THE STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISE THE AGENCY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE STOCK MARKET INFRASTRUCTURE OF UKRAINE\u201d (legal entity ID 21676262) dated 06 May 2026 No. 26\/21\/4306\/K01;
\n\u25cf regarding the participation of an authorized representative in the extraordinary remote general meeting of shareholders of National Depository of Ukraine PJSC, scheduled for 25 May 2026;
\n\u25cf updated the membership list of the NSSMC Committee on Supervision and Control over the Functioning of Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets;
\n\u25cf approved the Regulation \u201cOn the Commission for the Selection of Authorized Persons of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission\u201d.<\/p>\n

In its supervisory capacity, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf granted a separate permit to conduct a comprehensive list of transactions involving securities owned by Ukrteralliance LLC;
\n\u25cf granted a separate permit to perform a depository transaction \u2014 the closure of a securities account belonging to TOP-TRANS LLC.<\/p>\n

Regarding registering and licensing issues, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf registered the issuance of shares by ZNVKIF AMADEY JSC, carried out for the purpose of joint investment, and the prospectus for the issuance of these shares;
\n\u25cf canceled the registration of the issuance (issuances) of investment certificates, the prospectus (prospectuses) for the issuance of investment certificates, and terminated a registration certificate for the issuance of investment certificates of the closed-end non-diversified venture capital investment fund Solar Invest of KUA TASK-INVEST LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF MAXIMA JSC, ZNVKIF TAKHION JSC, ZNVKIF GARBOR F JSC, ZNVKIF DENAR JSC, ZNVKIF VALENSO JSC, ZNVKIF BELLAGIO JSC, ZNVKIF LORENTI JSC, ZNVKIF NORVEL JSC, ZNVKIF EDMONTON JSC, and ZNVKIF MIRAI JSC for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital;
\n\u25cf registered a report on the results of the issuance of registered corporate bonds (without a public offering) and canceled the registration of the Series B bond issue of BAVARIA MOTORS LLC;
\n\u25cf registered a report on the results of the issuance of registered corporate bonds (without a public offering) and canceled the registration of the Series C bond issue of BAVARIA MOTORS LLC;
\n\u25cf registered a report on the results of the issuance of shares without a public offering of CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE PrJSC;
\n\u25cf registered a report on the results of the issuance of registered corporate bonds of Series F1 by ULF-FINANCE LLC, issued through a public offering;
\n\u25cf canceled the registration of the bond issue by TECHNOCOM LLC and revoked a certificate of registration for the bond issue;
\n\u25cf approved Appendix No. 2 to the prospectus for Series N corporate bonds, Appendix No. 6 to the prospectus for Series M corporate bonds, and Appendix No. 11 to the prospectus for Series L corporate bonds, Appendix No. 13 to the prospectus for Series D corporate bonds, and Appendix No. 13 to the prospectus for Series E corporate bonds of NovaPay Credit LLC;
\n\u25cf approved Appendix No. 4 to the prospectus for Series E1 corporate bonds of ULF-FINANCE LLC;
\n\u25cf registered the issuance of registered Series A corporate bonds of EXIMLEASING LLC (without a public offering);
\n\u25cf confirmed that KUA INVESTYTSIYNIY DIM LLC complies with the criteria specified in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 76 dated 27 January 2023.<\/p>\n

Regarding the appointment of the officials of professional market participants, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf approved the person responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager and Compliance Manager at VSEUKRAYINSYI ADMINISTRATOR PENSIYNYKH FONDIV LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the person responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager at KUA STANDARD-CAPITAL LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager at KUA PORTOFIN LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager and the person responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager at FINANSOVA KOMPANIIA KNAHYNIA YAROSLAVNA PrJSC;
\n\u25cf approved the person responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager and the person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager at KUA LD ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the Internal Auditor and the person responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager and Compliance Manager at KUA LVIV CAPITAL LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the Internal Auditor, Risk Manager, and the person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager at KUA MTIR ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager at MANGEMENT TREASURE TRADING LIMITED LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the Internal Auditor of BULL-SPREAD LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the person responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager at PRO CAPITAL SECURITIES LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the Compliance Officer of ONIX-IVA LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the Compliance Manager of TESLA CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC.<\/p>\n
