In its rulemaking capacity, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf endorsed the draft Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine \u201cOn Approval of the Amendments to the Procedure for Applying the Common Standard on Reporting and Due Diligence for Financial Account Information\u201d;
\n\u25cf amended the NSSMC Resolution No. 1221 dated 29 September 2022;
\n\u25cf approved the Amendments to the NSSMC Rulemaking Plan for 2026;
\n\u25cf approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Approval of the Regulations on the Procedure for the Preparation, Submission, and Publication by the Administrator of a Non-State Pension Fund of Reporting Data, Including Reports on Non-State Pension Provision\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Determining the Grounds for Issuing an NSSMC Regulation to the Custodian of a Non-State Pension Fund Regarding the Suspension (Blocking) of the Execution of Orders by a Person Engaged in the Management of a Non-State Pension Fund\u2019s Assets, with Regard to the Management of Pension Assets\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn the Approval of the Regulations on the Procedure for the Preparation and Disclosure of Information by Asset Management Companies and Persons Engaged in the Management of Non-State Pension Fund Assets, and the Submission of Relevant Documents to the NSSMC\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amending the NSSMC Resolution No. 314 dated 23 April 2022\u201d;
\n\u25cf approved the revised draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Approving an Industry-Specific Security Profile for Professional Secrets\u201d;
\n\u25cf reviewed the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cCertain Issues Concerning the Joint-Stock Company National Joint-Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine\u201d.<\/p>\n

In its supervision capacity, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf approved an action plan to improve the financial condition of ALIANS FINANSOVYKH TEKHNOLOHIY LLC;
\n\u25cf updated a list of assets, including cash, belonging to clients\/depositors of FREEDOM FINANCE UKRAINE LLC, against which an \u201casset freeze\u201d sanction is applied;
\n\u25cf ensured the execution of transactions involving ordinary registered shares of Bilotserkivska TPP PrJSC, which are subject to enforcement proceedings;
\n\u25cf granted permission for professional capital market participants to establish business relationships with MTPK LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the intention of ZNVKIF ASTREYA JSC to acquire a qualifying holding in the professional capital market participant FINANSOVA KOMPANIIA GARANT CAPITAL LLC;
\n\u25cf confirmed that KUA LVIV CAPITAL LLC complies with the criteria specified in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 76 dated 27 January 2023.<\/p>\n

Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf registered the issuance of Series A registered corporate bonds by FINANSOVA KOMPANIIA KREDIPLUS (without a public offering);
\n\u25cf registered the issuance of shares by DZHERELA MIZHGIRIA PrJSC without a public offering;
\n\u25cf registered a report on the results of the issuance of Series E bonds by YAHOTYNSKYI MASLOZAVOD LLC without a public offering;
\n\u25cf registered a report on the results of the issuance of shares without a public offering by PTAKHOFABRYKA VASYLKIVSKA PrJSC;
\n\u25cf A report on the results of the issuance of registered corporate bonds of Series F by LLC \u201c1 SAFE AGENCY OF NECESSARY LOANS\u201d has been registered;
\n\u25cf registered a report on the results of the issuance of Series A bonds by VIKING PARK LLC, issued through a public offering;
\n\u25cf approved the Amendments to the Resolution on the issuance of Series B bonds (in the absence of a bond prospectus) by YAVIR-INVEST LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the Amendments to the Resolution on the issuance of Series C bonds by KARDSERVICE LLC;
\n\u25cf registered amendments to the Rules of operation of the multilateral trading facility of PFTS Stock Exchange JSC;
\n\u25cf registered the issuance of shares of ZNVKIF HOTOVNIST JSC, ZNVKIF KORNION JSC, ZNVKIF SEYVAR JSC, ZNVKIF INTERNUM JSC, ZNVKIF DAGON JSC, ZNVKIF PARTNER SYSTEMS JSC, carried out for the purpose of joint investment, and offering prospectuses of these shares;
\n\u25cf registered the offering prospectus for the issuance of investment certificates by the ZNPIF Inzhur MilTech of INZHUR LLC;
\n\u25cf canceled the registration of the share issue, and terminated a temporary certificate of registration of the share issue for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital of ZNVKIF PILIGRYM LLC.<\/p>\n

Regarding the appointment of the officials of professional market participants, the Commission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf approved the person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager at SMART BOND.UA LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the person appointed to the position of Director of the Compliance Control and Risk Management Department at INZHUR CAPITAL LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the person designated as responsible for financial monitoring, the Compliance Manager, the Risk Manager, and the Internal Auditor at TI-INVEST LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the person responsible for the duties of Risk Manager and Compliance Manager at KUA FORUM PrJSC;
\n\u25cf approved the person responsible for the duties of Compliance Manager and the person responsible for the duties of Risk Manager at KUA TA APF UKRMASHINVEST LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the Compliance Manager at KUA INVESTYTSIYNIY KAPITAL UKRAINA LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the person responsible for the duties of Risk Manager and Compliance Manager at KUA AURUM LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the Director of the Compliance Control and Risk Management Department of KUA INVESTYTSIYNI PARTNERY LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the Director of the Compliance Control Department of INZHUR LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the Chair of the Supervisory Board, two Members of the Supervisory Board, and the Chief Accountant of KUA REIT C1 LLC;
\n\u25cf approved the Director of KUA REDI-INVEST LLC.<\/p>\n
