To mislead potential clients, Kovalenko displays photographs of documents resembling licenses, allegedly issued by the \u201cInternational Brokerage Commissions\u201d or other nonexistent foreign regulatory bodies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The regulator\u2019s official position<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The NSSMC officially states:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Lack of licenses:<\/strong> Anna Kovalenko and the private enterprise AMC KOVALENKO PRO INVEST Asset have not obtained any licenses, permits, or approvals from the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022 Illegal activities:<\/strong> neither the aforementioned individual nor the private enterprise AMC KOVALENKO PRO INVEST is authorized to provide investment, financial, or brokerage services within Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recommendations for investors<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Commission once again urges citizens to be cautious and follow the rules of financial hygiene before transferring their funds to third parties:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Check the license.<\/strong> Information about all entities authorized to provide services on capital markets and organized commodity markets is publicly available. It can be accessed on the NSSMC official website or by submitting an official request.
