In particular, the document defines the authority of the directors of relevant departments to register securities issues, carry out licensing and authorization procedures, conduct certain administrative proceedings, conduct inspections, and sign documents necessary for the provision of administrative services and the functioning of capital markets.<\/p>\n
The new document was adopted due to staff changes, updating the Commission\u2019s structure, and changes to the names of departments and positions.
