Today, on 03 September, the National Securities Commission held its regular meeting. The Commission reviewed all 45 items on the agenda and adopted the corresponding resolutions.<\/p>\n
Among the key issues are the development of corporate governance and financial infrastructure. The Commission endorsed a draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine regarding Ukraine\u2019s accession to the OECD Recommendation on Corporate Governance Principles.<\/p>\n
A draft government Resolution on a pilot project to establish a Registry of assignments of monetary claims under factoring agreements was also endorsed.<\/p>\n
A separate Resolution concerns authorized electronic systems \u2014 the Commission approved updates to the relevant requirements.
\nBased on the results of Q2 2026, an analytical report on the Commission\u2019s activities and the state of capital markets and organized commodity markets was approved.<\/p>\n
A significant number of decisions concerned professional market participants, securities issues, the approval of candidates for key positions, and companies\u2019 compliance with established criteria. The Commission also adopted a decision to revoke the \u201ccritically important\u201d status of FK DALIZ-FINANS LLC.<\/p>\n
