Today, 7 October, the National Securities and Stock Market Commission held a meeting and adopted decisions on 31 agenda items.<\/p>\n
One of the key decisions was to amend the NSSMC\u2019s regulatory acts regarding the prevention of market abuse in capital markets. The Commission also approved draft amendments concerning law enforcement and made changes to the Rulemaking Plan for 2026.<\/p>\n
The Commission also approved an industry-specific security profile for professional secrets, amended the Procedure for maintaining the NSSMC register of acts, and endorsed draft amendments to the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 365 dated 21 June 21 2024.<\/p>\n
A separate set of decisions concerned professional participants in the capital markets. In particular, the Commission considered issues related to licensing and the approval of candidates for the positions of risk managers, internal auditors, compliance managers, and supervisory board members.<\/p>\n
Corporate bonds became another area of focus. The Commission adopted Resolutions regarding the registration of issuances and reports on the results of issuances, the approval of amendments to issuance decisions, and the approval of supplements to corporate bond prospectuses.<\/p>\n
During the meeting, a Resolution was also adopted regarding the compliance of FK GARANT CAPITAL LLC with the established criteria and regarding the candidate for the vacancy of an NSSMC authorized official.<\/p>\n
