The Supervisory Board of the Private Joint Stock Company “National Depository of Ukraine” launched a competition for the position of the Chairman of the Management Board

On March 29, 2021, the Supervisory Board of the PJSC NDU decided to start the process of competitive selection of candidates for the position of Chairman of the Management Board.

Competitive selection will take place in two stages. At the first stage, all applicants submit documents for participation in the competition. In the second stage, interviews will be held with the selected candidates.

Recommendations on the candidacy for the position of Chairman of the Board of NDU for consideration of the relevant issue at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the PJSC NDU will be determined by the Supervisory Board. The decision to elect (appoint) Chairman of the Management Board is within the competence of the General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC “NDU”.

Candidates should meet the requirements for the head of a professional participant in the capital market, have excellent leadership and management qualities, a deep understanding of the principles and practices of the capital market. In addition, the candidate for the position of Chairman of the Board of the PJSC NDU should briefly present at the interview his vision of the strategic development of the organization in the medium term.
