The NSSMC: new deadlines for reviewing documents of non-banking financial groups

On January 19, 2023, the NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) approved the Resolution on the Suspension of the Deadlines for the Consideration of Documents in Relation to Non-Bank Financial Groups, the majority of whose activities are carried out by financial institutions supervised by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.

Thus, during the period of martial law, the course of consideration of relevant documents is suspended and resumed 90 calendar days after the termination or cancellation of martial law on the territory of Ukraine.
