The NSSMC met with representatives of the Ukrainian Association of Investment Business

Specialists of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) met with representatives of the Ukrainian Association of Investment Business (UAIB) and discussed the definition of assets of CII and collective investment funds.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the peculiarities of the activities СII, in particular, the issue of the legislative definition of CII assets.

As a result of the discussion, an agreement was reached to establish a working group to work on issues related to the conduct of transactions with CII assets by collective investment institutions, in respect of which EBA member companies most often apply to the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.
