Committee on Issuer Operations and Corporate Governance

The competence of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission’s Committee on Issuer Operations and Corporate Governance includes the following issues:

introduction and development of generally accepted principles of corporate governance in joint stock companies and professional participants in capital markets and organized commodity markets;

formulation and implementation of a unified state policy regarding issuers and securities issues in Ukraine;

implementation of state regulation in the field of circulation of non-issued securities in Ukraine;

regulating the procedure for holding bondholders’ meetings and the activities of bond issue administrators;

management of state corporate rights in NDU PJSC;

expanding the range of stock market financial instruments, including by allowing foreign securities to be traded in Ukraine;

ensuring the operation of the rating system.
