Key Resolutions of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission as of 11 April 2025

• As part of its rule-making activities, the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) introduced technical amendments to Resolution No. 982 dated 21 October 2021, and approved the specifics of the issuance and registration of shares in case of establishment of a joint-stock company (JSC) through the spin-off from a state-owned or municipal enterprise.

• The license for professional activity in the capital markets of AMC “ORANGE” LLC was revoked.

• The issuance of shares for collective investment and the related prospectus of JSC “KZKIF SILVER INVESTMENT” was approved.

• The share issuance of PJSC “TERNOPIL DAIRY PLANT” was approved.

• The report on the results of the issuance of corporate bonds of Series E by FC “European Debt Recovery Agency” LLC was registered.

• The appointment of the director of RIF-NR LLC was approved.
