Commission key decisions as of 02 May 2025

Within the scope of the Commission’s regulatory activities:
– amendments have been made to several NSSMC regulations regarding joint investment activities;
– amendments have been made to the Regulations on the procedure for issuing shares, registering and cancelling the registration of share issues;
– Recommendations on the quality of information disclosure in corporate governance reports have been approved.

Share issues for joint investment and prospectuses for these shares have been registered for JSC ZNVKIF SIDLI and JSC ZNVKIF SIGMA CAPITAL.

Draft statutes and registration of share issues have been approved for forming the initial authorized capital of JSC ZNVKIF VELAMI GROUP, JSC ZNVKIF SVITOVIT, and JSC ZNVKIF SKYBUILD INVEST.

Amendments have been made to the prospectus, regulations, and share issue of the corporate investment fund JSC ZNVKIF ARS CAPITAL, and its certificate of share issue registration have been replaced.

Approval has been granted to an intention to acquire a significant stake in the professional capital market by its participant LLC KUA TEMP.

Approval has been granted to the appointment of the acting director of LLC KUA GARANTIA – INVEST and the director of LLC KUA PATRIOT.

A share issue for JSC ZAPORIZKE MACHINE-BUILDING DESIGN BUREAU ‘PROGRESS’ NAMED AFTER ACADEMIC O.G. IVCHENKO and the Report on the share issue results of PJSC MOLOCHNYI ALLIANCE have been registered.

Resolutions have been adopted on:
– prohibiting changes to the depository accounting system for securities;
– prohibiting the conclusion and/or execution of legal transactions involving securities.
