Key Commission decisions dated 27 Jun 2025

Within the scope of regulatory activities:

– approved the Amendments to certain regulatory acts of the NSSMC regarding joint investment activities;
– approved the Procedure for the protection and processing of personal data processed by the NSSMC in connection with the fulfilment of its duties;
– approved the draft order of the Ministry of Finance “On approval of amendments to the Form of the corporate income tax return”;
– approved the draft order of the Ministry of Finance “On amendments to Paragraph 4 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated 04 Jun 2021 No. 322”;
– reviewed the draft Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Regulation “On amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Regulations on the management of state-owned property by the State Property Fund of Ukraine.”

The following decisions were made on registration and licensing issues:

– registered the issue of shares of PJSC TRADING EVO;
– registration of the issue of shares of JSC ZNVKIF STABILNYI BAZIS, ZNVKIF GEKON, ZNVKIF PARS, carried out for the purpose of joint investment, and the prospectus for the issue of these shares;
– registered the prospectus for the issue and release of investment certificates of ZNVKIF INZHUR REIT of LLC INZHUR;
– rejected to register amendments to the prospectus for the issue of shares and the Statute of PJSC ZNVKIF PRIME ASSETS CAPITAL;
– the draft Articles of Association and the registration of the issue of shares of JSC ZNVKIF GVALIOR, ZNVKIF SENSINVEST, and ZNVKIF ALTSIONA were approved for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital;
– terminated the license for professional activities in capital markets – asset management activities of institutional investors (asset management activities) of LLC KUA AND APF ALTANA INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT;
– rejected to approve the acquisition of a significant stake in the professional participant in capital markets LLC KUA PARTNER-INVEST.

The appointment of officials of professional participants has been approved:

– those responsible for financial monitoring at LLC Ukrainska resursna birzha and LLC KUA PROFIT;
– the Directors of LLC BTS BROKER and LLC KUA TEMP;
– a Risk Manager and a Compliance Manager of LLC KUA SOLDIS;
– a Compliance Manager of LLC KUA OTP CAPITAL.
Within the scope of supervision:
– amendments made to the NSSMC Resolutions dated 15 Sept 2022 No. 1179 and No. 1178;
– amendments made to the NSSMC Resolutions dated 22 Mar 2024 No. 334 and No. 335;
– amendments made to the NSSMC Resolutions dated 05 Apr 2024 No. 406 and No. 405;
– banned the conclusion and/or execution of legal acts and amendments to the depository accounting system regarding securities of PrJSC Universam Kyiv.
