NSSMC approved the Anti-Corruption Program for 2025–2027

The relevant Order was signed by the Chairman of the Commission aiming at improving the effectiveness of corruption prevention and fighting corruption, ensuring transparency and compliance with the principles of integrity in the work of the NSSMC.

The Program has been developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” and the Methodology for Corruption Risk Management approved by the NACP. It covers a set of practical measures to minimize risks, improve procedures, and strengthen control over compliance with anti-corruption legislation.

Key areas include:
● digitization of administrative services;
● checklists and transparent business processes in place of subjective decisions;
● revamping inspections and financial monitoring;
● a unified approach to fines;
● control of public procurement.

Special attention is to be paid to explaining anti-corruption laws and personal responsibility to the NSSMC team. This will help build a culture of integrity and strengthen trust in the institution.

The implementation of the measures is controlled by a special unit within the NSSMC, which is going to regularly report to the public.
