We invite you to discuss the NSSMC Anti-Corruption Program for 2025-2027

The Commission is offering the draft Anti-Corruption Program of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission for 2025-2027 for public discussion.

The draft Program includes measures to prevent, detect, and combat corruption in the NSSMC, ensures compliance by its employees with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation, and creates additional safeguards against corruption offenses and offenses related to corruption.

Why is it important?

This will promote transparency, integrity, minimize corruption risks, increase public trust, and optimize the Commission’s anti-corruption system.

Therefore, the discussion will take place in the form of a webinar on 15 May 2025 from 10h00 to 12h00.
